To return an order, please follow

of receiving the order:

2. In your message, provide:
— order number
— product name
— reason for return

3. Send the product back in its original condition:
— with tags and labels
— in undamaged packaging
— unused

4. After receiving and verifying the product
we will refund the amount within 14 days
to the specified bank account.

Remember: creations made to individual
order are non-returnable according to
Article 38 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Upon receiving and verifying the returned product
we will process the refund within 14
calendar days, in accordance with Article 32 of the
Consumer Rights Act.

The refund will be made in the same form
of payment used for the order:
— bank transfer
— refund to the payment card

The refund includes the price of the product and the cost
of the cheapest available delivery option.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
